A website is a sales decision, not a decoration.
Your homepage is the first salesperson everyone meets: investors, customers and candidates, all before they talk to you.
What a website that undersells you costs.
Most founders come to us with a product that's ahead of its website. This is what that gap looks like.
- 01
Visitors don't get it in the first screen
If the homepage can't say what you do and who it's for, people leave before the product gets a chance.
- 02
It gets judged before you do
Investors, enterprise buyers and candidates check the site first. A thin or dated one costs you trust you never get to argue for.
- 03
Every edit waits on a developer
When a new landing page takes two weeks, marketing stops asking. The site falls behind the company.
- 04
Search can't find you
A good-looking site with no structure for search is invisible to the people already looking for what you build.
What's included in website design.
Strategy through launch, done by one team. Nothing is handed to a third party.
- 01
Strategy and positioning
Who the site is for, what it has to make them do, and the message that gets them there.
- 02
Information architecture
Sitemap and page structure planned around how your buyers research and decide.
- 03
Copywriting
We write the copy with the design, not after it. Words and layout are worked out together.
- 04
UI and UX design
Wireframes, then high-fidelity design in Figma for every key page, with motion and illustration where they help explain the product.
- 05
Webflow and Framer build
Built by our own developers, with a CMS your team can edit without us.
- 06
SEO, analytics and CRO
SEO foundations and analytics set up at launch, and a CRO audit once there's traffic to learn from.
How a website project runs.
Every stage ends with something you can review. You see progress weekly, so there are no surprises on launch day.
4 to 8 weeks
from kickoff to launch for most sites
Drizz and Rayhawk launched in 4 weeks, Riveter in 6, Mishmash in 8. Larger sites take longer: Portless was 40+ pages and shipped in under 12.

What clients say about the website work.
“The website work directly boosted our conversion metrics. Both visit-to-install and install-to-download numbers improved significantly. But what really stood out was the ability to move at startup speed while keeping quality high.”
Surbhit VarmaProduct and Design leader, MPL
“The launch went really well, we've been slammed. Getting the copy and messaging refined clearly made an impact. Leads have been really high quality and within our ICP.”

Abby GrillsFounder and CEO, Riveter“We started with Hexcode to build our website. As we grew, they were right there to help us rethink and reposition it for the next stage. They just get what we're trying to say and know how to turn it into a website that actually feels like us.”

Joshua CohenFounder and CEO, Pinpoint“I churned through 7 Framer / Web Dev / Design agencies before finding Shabbir & Hexcode. For the first time - we are able to get high quality work done at startup speed. It is a legitimate breath of fresh air - could not recommend more”

Who website design is for.
From a first marketing site to a 40-page rebuild. These are the projects we take on most.
- 01
SaaS and AI product sites
Sites that explain a technical product clearly and move visitors toward a demo or a sign-up, like Drizz, Riveter and Pinpoint.
- 02
Launch and funding-round sites
You just raised or are about to. We get the site to match the company you pitched, in weeks.
- 03
E-commerce and consumer brands
Homepage, listing and product pages designed around trust and conversion, like Mishmash.
- 04
Redesigns and replatforms
The current site is slow, hard to edit or off-message. We rebuild it on Webflow or Framer without losing what already works.
- 05
Complex B2B and industrial products
When the product takes a paragraph to explain, structure does the selling. Rayhawk is the example.
How long does a website design project take?
Most sites take 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Drizz and Rayhawk launched in 4 weeks, Riveter in 6 and Mishmash in 8. Larger sites take longer: Portless was 40+ pages and shipped in under 12 weeks. You get a detailed timeline before we start.
Which platforms do you build on?
Mostly Webflow and Framer, because your team can edit them without a developer. When a site needs custom functionality we build it in code. We choose based on who will run the site after launch.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes. Copywriting is part of the service, and we recommend it. Positioning and copy come first in our process because design can't fix a message that isn't clear.
Will the website be set up for SEO?
Yes. SEO foundations are part of every build: page structure, metadata, clean URLs, performance and analytics. For Rayhawk and Riveter, SEO was part of our role from the start.
Can you redesign our existing website?
Yes. Most of our website work is redesigns. We start by looking at what the current site does well and where visitors drop off, so changes are based on evidence rather than taste.
How much does website design cost?
We don't publish price tiers because scope changes the number too much. There are three ways to work with us: a fixed-scope project with a fixed timeline and price, a monthly retainer, or hourly for audits and advisory. Book a 30-minute call and you'll have a scoped proposal with deliverables, timeline and cost after it.
Who will we actually work with?
Senior designers and developers, and a founder on every project. No account managers and no handoff to juniors after the sales call. You get a shared Slack channel with the people doing the work.
Three ways to work with us.
All built for how founders actually operate.
No 12-month retainers with vague scopes. No mystery invoices. Pick the model that fits your stage, change it when your stage changes.
