Website design for B2B SaaS startups

Seven studios, checked . We're one of them, listed alphabetically like the rest.

DirectoryBy Hexcode
Website design for B2B SaaS startups, a Hexcode design studio directory list

A B2B SaaS website has to explain a product that's hard to explain, to a buying committee that wasn't on your demo call. The studios below design and build those sites for startups. Where they publish prices, a full site starts around $10,000; two of the three with a Clutch minimum start at $25,000.

Your homepage was written at seed. The product has changed twice since. Sales is quietly sending prospects a Google Doc instead. You're not alone.

We design B2B SaaS sites too, so this list isn't ranked. Studios are in alphabetical order, us included, and nobody paid to be on it.

How we picked

A studio made the list if:

  • its own site names B2B SaaS or B2B tech as a core focus
  • it designs and builds marketing sites, not only product UI
  • it works with startups, not only enterprises
  • it's a studio, not a solo freelancer

We left out performance-marketing agencies that also do websites, template shops, and enterprise-only firms. Prices, ratings and clients come from each studio's own site or Clutch profile. Where a studio publishes no price, we show its Clutch minimum project size and label it.

The seven studios at a glance

One studio publishes a full price list. For three others, Clutch shows a minimum project size.

Notes on each studio

Amply

A Webflow Enterprise Partner that only works with B2B brands, covering web design, Webflow builds, branding, SEO and CRO. It sells fixed packages and retainers, and its use-case pages cover SaaS, AI, fintech and health.

Good fit if: you're moving off WordPress and want to stay in Webflow for the long run.

BRIX Agency

A web agency for tech companies that builds on four platforms and runs one of the largest Webflow template businesses. Its testimonials report conversion gains for Yesware and GQueues. Launch includes a 2-hour team training.

Good fit if: you need HubSpot or Salesforce wired into the site from day one.

Everything Design

A Bengaluru studio that rebrands and redesigns websites for B2B companies, with branding and site often sold together. Its recent portfolio projects sit in the $20,000 to $100,000 range on DesignRush. Clutch lists a much lower $1,000 minimum.

Good fit if: the positioning needs fixing as much as the design.

Goodspeed

Builds its client sites in Framer, publishes every price, and quotes three to six weeks for a full site. It says it runs the whole design and dev function for Reka, an AI company that ships new landing pages constantly.

Good fit if: your marketing team wants to edit the site without a developer.

Hexcode (us)

We build B2B SaaS sites in Framer, Webflow or code, and the same team can design the product. Our Drizz redesign is the closest reference: an AI testing tool, a complex product, launched in four weeks. We don't publish a price.

Good fit if: the site and the product need to tell the same story.
Not a fit if: you need a Webflow Enterprise partner on paper.

StanVision

A Sofia studio and Webflow Premium Partner focused on SaaS websites and product UI. Clutch reviewers include Rillet (website redesign) and Supy (WordPress to Webflow migration). Minimum project on Clutch is $25,000.

Good fit if: you want EU-hours overlap and a Webflow specialist.

Tiller Digital

A Calgary agency founded in 2008 that works only with B2B SaaS and tech brands, across brand, web and product. Clutch reviews average 4.9 from seven reviews, with a $25,000 minimum.

Good fit if: you're Series A or later and want a North American team with a long track record.

What a B2B SaaS site has to do

It has to work for people who never booked a demo. Most B2B deals involve a committee, and the website is where the rest of them check you out.

Six questions to ask before you sign

  1. Who writes the copy? If the answer is "you do", budget for it now.
  2. Which platform, and why that one for us rather than the one you always use?
  3. Will our team be able to add a page without you?
  4. What happens to our old URLs and existing search traffic?
  5. Which of your SaaS clients can we talk to, ideally one at our stage?
  6. Who does the work day to day, and will we talk to them directly?

Questions

How much does a B2B SaaS website cost?

On this list, Goodspeed publishes a $10,000 starting price for a full site and $2,500 for a landing page. StanVision and Tiller Digital set a $25,000 minimum on Clutch. The rest quote after a call.

Webflow or Framer for a B2B SaaS site?

Webflow suits large CMS needs, many editors and enterprise controls. Framer suits small teams that want to ship and edit pages fast. BRIX and Hexcode build in both. Amply and StanVision are Webflow partners, and Goodspeed builds in Framer.

How long does a B2B SaaS website redesign take?

Goodspeed quotes three to six weeks for a full site. Larger redesigns with new positioning, copy and a migration usually take longer. Ask each studio for a dated plan before you sign.

Should the agency write the copy?

If your positioning has changed since the last site, yes, or hire someone who will. A redesign with old copy is the same site in a nicer font.

Why isn't this list ranked?

Because we're on it. Ranking a list we compete in would tell you more about us than about the studios. So it's alphabetical, with the facts we could check.

Is your website still explaining last year's product?

Thirty minutes, no deck. Send us the URL and we'll tell you the three things we'd change first, whoever you end up hiring.
