A website redesign studio rebuilds the site you already have, keeping what still works and changing the structure, copy and design that no longer sell your product. Of the five below, three state a starting price on their own sites: from $9,000+ at Phenomenon Studio, $10,000 at Goodspeed and $25,000 at Bricx.
Your homepage was written at seed. The product has changed twice since. Sales is quietly sending prospects a Google Doc instead. A redesign can fix that, but only if someone decides what the site is for before anyone opens Figma.
We redesign sites too, so this list isn't ranked. Studios are in alphabetical order, us included, and nobody paid to be on it.
How we picked
A studio made the list if:
- its own site offers website redesign, or shows a redesign of an existing site
- it says it works with startups or funded companies
- it states a process, a timeline or a starting price for redesign work
- it's a studio, not a solo freelancer
We left out freelancers, template shops and studios that build new sites only. Prices, ratings and clients come from each studio's own site or Clutch profile.
The five studios at a glance
Three of the five state a redesign starting price on their own sites: Phenomenon Studio (from $9,000+), Goodspeed (from $10,000) and Bricx (from $25,000). Webstacks states none and sets a $10,000+ minimum on Clutch. Hexcode publishes none.

Figures from each studio's own site or Clutch profile, checked . Starting prices in the "Best for" column are the ones each studio states for a website redesign, with the page named. Where a rating says "per its site", the studio states it and we haven't checked it on Clutch. Named clients are ones the studio names on its own site.
Notes on each studio
Bricx
Its redesign page says redesigns start at $25,000, with the exact quote after an audit. It lists 2 to 3 weeks for a homepage-first project, 5 to 6 weeks for most marketing sites and 8 to 10 weeks for a redesign plus brand. The process runs from audit through build, migration and 301 redirects. It says it doesn't write the copy. Its footer describes it as a design studio for venture-backed AI startups, and the page names Hobbes, Writesonic and Scale.jobs in redesign examples.
Good fit if: you have a B2B SaaS site with search traffic you can't lose and want a migration plan with redirects.
Not a fit if: you need copywriting included, because it says it doesn't write the copy.
Goodspeed
Its redesign guide says most full sites land between $10,000 and $40,000 at a fixed price, delivered in three to six weeks, with half up front and 30 days of fix cover. It also sells a $5,000 two-week tune-up for an existing site and a migration from $10,000. It names HighPath, Bent Pixels and Wisk in redesign examples and builds in Framer.
Good fit if: you want a fixed quote and a launch date, and a smaller tune-up is an option if the site mostly works.
Not a fit if: you need the site built in Webflow or code, because it builds in Framer.
Hexcode (us)
A 15-person studio in Indore, founded in 2020, with US overlap until 1pm PT. We redesigned Drizz's single page into a multi-page site in 4 weeks, and in our case study active users went from 4,100 to 14,800 after launch. We also rebuilt Pinpoint and Freebean in Framer in 4 weeks each and redesigned Cyanergy in 3 months. We don't publish a price and have no Clutch reviews yet. Read the Drizz case study
Good fit if: your product has outgrown a single page and you want positioning, design and build from one team.
Not a fit if: you need a stated SEO migration and redirect process, which we don't list as a service, or a published price.

Consumer goodsThe website that makes free coffee feel believable

Phenomenon Studio
Its pricing page lists a website redesign from $9,000+ in 4 weeks or more and a product redesign from $15,000+ in 8 weeks or more. It frames a redesign as fixing a site that isn't converting rather than rebuilding what already works, and it says it designs products for startups. It has offices in Tallinn, Lugano and Dover, and says its UX strategists are in North America and its design and development teams in Europe.
Good fit if: the site is live but not converting and you want the least expensive stated starting point on this list.
Not a fit if: you want one fixed number, because its pages quote different ranges for single pages.
Webstacks
Its website redesigns page says strategy, design, development and project management run as parallel workstreams. It names enterprise B2B teams in SaaS, AI, dev tools and fintech, and its homepage says it works with companies from Series A to IPO. It claims 170+ websites launched and names Calendly, ServiceTitan and Snowflake among case studies. It publishes no price or timeline for redesigns; Clutch shows a $10,000+ minimum and 5.0 from 3 reviews.
Good fit if: you're a funded B2B company with several teams involved in the site and a long list of pages to move.
Not a fit if: you want a price or timeline before the first call, because the redesign page states neither.
Fix it, redesign it or rebuild it?
Fix what's there if the structure still works. Redesign if the product, buyer or positioning has changed. Rebuild or migrate only when the platform is the problem. Goodspeed sells a $5,000 tune-up for the first case.
| Where you are | What fits | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| The site works, the pages are tired | A tune-up (Goodspeed's is $5,000 and two weeks) | Paying for a full rebuild |
| The product or buyer has changed | A full redesign: 3 to 6 weeks at Goodspeed, 5 to 6 at Bricx, from 4 at Phenomenon Studio | A new look with the old message |
| The platform is the blocker | A migration (Goodspeed from $10,000, Bricx with 301 redirects) | Lost rankings after launch |
| Brand and site both need work | Redesign plus brand (8 to 10 weeks at Bricx) | Two vendors pulling in two directions |
Six questions to ask before you sign
- What is wrong with the current site, and how will we know it's fixed?
- What does the price cover, and what costs extra, such as copy or migration?
- How do you protect our search rankings, and will you set up redirects?
- Who writes the copy?
- Who owns the design files and the code at the end?
- What happens if we need changes after launch, and for how long?
Questions
How much does a startup website redesign cost?
Three of the five state a starting price: Phenomenon Studio from $9,000+, Goodspeed from $10,000 and Bricx from $25,000. Goodspeed says most full sites land between $10,000 and $40,000. Webstacks sets a $10,000+ minimum on Clutch and Hexcode publishes no price.
How long does a website redesign take?
Three to six weeks for most. Goodspeed says three to six weeks for a full site, Bricx says 5 to 6 weeks for most marketing sites and Phenomenon Studio says from 4 weeks. We launched Drizz's redesign in 4 weeks. Webstacks states no timeline on its redesign page.
Should I redesign my startup website or start from scratch?
Redesign if the product and buyer have changed but the platform works. Start over only if the platform is the blocker. Goodspeed and Bricx both list migration, so ask what stays and what moves.
Will a redesign hurt my search rankings?
It can if URLs change without redirects. Bricx's redesign page says it redesigns "without losing your rankings" and lists 301 redirects, and Goodspeed puts redirects in its final week. Ask any studio for its redirect plan.
Does the studio write the copy?
Not always. Bricx says it doesn't write the copy, so budget for a writer or do it in-house. For the others, ask before you sign.
Why isn't this list ranked?
Because we're on it. Ranking a list we compete in would tell you more about us than about the studios. So it's alphabetical, with the facts we could check.
