A pitch deck design studio turns your fundraising story into the slide deck investors read before they take the meeting, and some also write the story. Where the studios below publish a price, it starts at $699 a month (PitchWorx) or $799 for one deck (Slidebean).
An investor replies with one line: can you send the deck? You have a deck. It has too many slides, three fonts and a market size nobody can source. A designer can fix how it looks. Only you can fix what it says, and the studios below differ on whether they'll help with that too.
We design decks too, so this list isn't ranked. Studios are in alphabetical order, us included, and nobody paid to be on it.
How we picked
A studio made the list if:
- pitch decks or investor decks are a listed service on its own site
- it works with startups or founders who are raising
- it says how you buy: a fixed price, a sprint, a subscription or a quote
- it's a studio or agency, not a solo freelancer or a template library
We left out freelancers on marketplaces, template and software-only tools, and studios that mention decks only in passing. Prices, ratings and client names come from each studio's own site or Clutch profile.

Notes on each studio
Fundabl Design
Based in San Francisco, per its site. It calls itself the fundraising design partner. Its Deck Sprint covers the deck structure, the fundraising narrative and a gap analysis from a VC lens, delivered as an editable template, and it also sells brand launch packages and a design subscription. It lists Series A, Series B and growth rounds among the stages it serves. It publishes no price. Clutch shows a $5,000+ minimum project size and 4.8 from 3 reviews. Its case studies cite Series A rounds for New Lantern and Basic Capital.
Good fit if: you're raising a Series A or later and want the story checked from an investor's side.
Not a fit if: you want product design, which its packages don't list.
Hexcode (us)
A 15-person studio in Indore, founded in 2020, with US overlap until 1pm PT. We design pitch decks as part of brand identity work, on your existing brand or a new one, and the same team can build the site and product that match it. We name no deck client on our site, publish no price and have no Clutch reviews yet. See how we do brand identity
Good fit if: you want the deck, the brand and the website to look like one company.
Not a fit if: you want the story written for you, or a price and a Clutch rating before the first call.
Pitch Deck Creators
A Swiss agency whose site says it works with founders raising from pre-seed to Series B. It sells two packages: deck design at $1,500 for up to 15 slides in 48 hours, and writing and design from $5,000 for up to 20 slides in 7 days. Both include 3 months of free revisions, and it shows a discount for pre-seed and seed. It says its clients have raised $160M+ with its decks. We found no Clutch profile.
Good fit if: you want a fixed package and delivery in days, not weeks.
Not a fit if: you want a Clutch rating you can check.
PitchWorx
Lists offices in India, the UAE and the USA, and its Clutch profile says Gurugram. Presentation design comes inside a $699 a month design subscription with unlimited requests, two active at a time, and most requests back within 72 hours. It lists investor pitch decks among its presentation types and shows a Series A deck in its selected work. Its site shows 4.3 from 84 Google reviews, and Clutch shows 5.0 from 1. Its logo list is mostly large companies, so ask for startup deck references.
Good fit if: you need decks and other slides regularly, and want a monthly plan with a 7-day trial.
Prznt Perfect
Gives headquarters in Casper, Wyoming and Lisbon on its site, while its Clutch profile lists Yerevan. It prices by the two-week sprint at $2,900 and says a deck takes one to three sprints, usually two to six weeks, and that you can book a single sprint as a pilot. Clutch sets a $5,000+ minimum project size, against $2,900 for one sprint on its site. It focuses on deep tech and finance, from seed to Series D, and says its clients have raised $3.2B+ across 50+ startups. Clutch shows 4.8 from 8 reviews.
Good fit if: you're in deep tech or finance and want to buy one sprint before committing to more.
Slidebean
Offices in New York and San Jose, per its footer. It sells a $799 deck design for up to 20 slides, delivered in 4 business days with two rounds of design revisions, and a strategy and deck sprint from $6,000 that runs 3 to 4 weeks. The $799 page also lists deck writing and help estimating market size. It says it has helped 30,000+ startups. We found no Clutch profile, and its site shows no rating or review count, so ask for references.
Good fit if: you have a draft and want it designed fast, at a published price.
Spectup
A Munich fundraising consultancy rather than a design studio. Its pitch deck service is a fixed fee from $5,000 per deck covering strategy, story, research and design, delivered in 12 to 19 days with an editable deck and a research appendix. It says it has created 50+ decks and reviewed 500+, and it names rounds for clients such as Aimable ($1.5M seed) and Plift ($4.5M Series A). Clutch shows 4.9 from 18 reviews, a $10,000+ minimum project size and $200 to $300 an hour.
Good fit if: you want the story and the numbers built with you, not only the slides.
Not a fit if: you want design only, which it quotes separately.
Stinson Design
A Toronto studio that says it has served clients since 2009. It has a Founders and Investors solution for investor decks, and also builds presentation templates, event presentations and motion graphics. Projects are priced one by one with a $1,500 minimum, and presentation development takes 2 to 4 weeks. It says its pitch decks have helped raise over $300 million. Clutch shows 5.0 from 1 review.
Good fit if: you want a deck plus a reusable template for sales and board decks.
Do you need the story written, or only the slides?
Decide this first, because it sets the price. Slidebean, Pitch Deck Creators, Spectup and Fundabl Design each list writing or narrative work, and Stinson Design lists content consulting. The rest of the table is design.
| Where you are | What fits | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| You have a draft that reads well | Design only, on a fixed price or a sprint | A quote that bundles in writing you don't need |
| You have slides but no story | Writing and design together | Writing that's generic, not about your market |
| Raising a Series A or later | Narrative work and a VC-lens check, with design | Polished slides over numbers you can't defend |
| You present every month | A subscription or a reusable template | Paying monthly for a deck you need once |
Six questions to ask before you sign
- Is the story written for me, or do I bring the content?
- How many slides and revision rounds does the price cover?
- What do I get at the end: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma or only a PDF?
- Can I speak to a founder at my stage who raised with one of your decks?
- How fast can you turn a deck, and what does a rush cost?
- Who owns the files, and what do edits cost after the first round?
Questions
How much does a pitch deck cost?
Published prices on this list start at $699 a month for PitchWorx's design subscription and $799 per deck for Slidebean. A deck with the story written starts at $5,000 at Pitch Deck Creators and Spectup, Prznt Perfect charges $2,900 per two-week sprint, and Slidebean's strategy sprint starts at $6,000. Stinson Design states a $1,500 minimum project.
How long does it take to design a pitch deck?
Published timelines run from 48 hours to 6 weeks. Pitch Deck Creators says design takes 48 hours and writing plus design 7 days, Slidebean says 4 business days for a redesign and 3 to 4 weeks for a sprint, and Spectup says 12 to 19 days. Stinson Design says 2 to 4 weeks, and Prznt Perfect says 2 to 6 weeks.
Do I need a designer, a writer or both?
If you have a draft that reads well, a designer is enough: Slidebean sells design at $799 and Pitch Deck Creators at $1,500. If you don't, Slidebean, Pitch Deck Creators and Spectup each sell writing as well, and Spectup quotes design-only work separately.
Can a studio help me raise, or only design the deck?
Some say they do more than design. Spectup describes itself as a fundraising consultancy and names rounds for clients, and Fundabl Design's Deck Sprint includes a gap analysis from a VC lens. Treat the amounts raised on their sites as the studios' own claims.
Can I pay for decks monthly instead of per project?
Yes, two studios here sell it that way. PitchWorx includes presentation design in a $699 a month plan with a 7-day trial, and Fundabl Design offers a design subscription that covers pitch and sales decks, though it publishes no price.
Why isn't this list ranked?
Because we're on it. Ranking a list we compete in would tell you more about us than about the studios. So it's alphabetical, with the facts we could check.
