A dashboard design studio designs the screens where your customers read their own data: charts, tables, filters and the layout that ties them together. Where the studios below publish a price, it starts at $4,599 a month (Eleken) or $25,000 for a project (Fuselab Creative).
Your first dashboard shipped with every chart your database could draw. Customers open it, scroll, and export a CSV instead. You're not alone, and the fix is rarely more charts.
We design dashboards too, so this list isn't ranked. Studios are in alphabetical order, us included, and nobody paid to be on it.
How we picked
A studio made the list if:
- dashboards or data-heavy interfaces appear on its own site, as a service page, a case study or a guide
- it works with SaaS or software product teams
- it designs the interface, not only a template or a BI report
- it's a studio, not a solo freelancer or a talent marketplace
We left out freelancers on marketplaces, dashboard template shops and BI consultancies that configure tools without designing the interface. Prices, ratings and client names come from each studio's own site or Clutch profile.

Figures from each studio's own site and Clutch profile, checked 5 Nov 2026. 'Clutch minimum' is the minimum project size a studio sets on Clutch, not a quote. 'Per its site' means the studio states the figure and we haven't checked it on Clutch. Named clients are ones the studio names on its own site.
Notes on each studio
Cieden
Has a dashboard design service page that covers information architecture, visual and interaction design and data visualization, and says it designs for customizable dashboards and AI features such as anomaly detection. It says it follows WCAG for dashboards. It lists offices in Lviv, Warsaw and Wilmington. Its Clutch profile shows a $10,000+ minimum.
Good fit if: you want users to add, remove and rearrange metrics themselves.
Eleken
Sells design as a monthly subscription, and its site says it has designed more than a dozen geospatial and map-heavy SaaS products. It also publishes guides on dashboard layout, chart choice and financial dashboards. Its pricing page lists $4,599 a month part-time and $6,599 full-time, with a two-month minimum.
Good fit if: your dashboard will keep changing and you want a designer on a monthly plan.
Not a fit if: you want a single fixed-scope dashboard project.
Fuselab Creative
Describes itself as a UI/UX agency for complex products, with a dashboard design page that lists data visualization, web app, mobile and software dashboards. Based in McLean, Virginia. It publishes projects from $25,000, and says it works with Power BI, Tableau, Mapbox and Esri. Its government and health data work is shown on its site.
Good fit if: your product shows dense data, maps or regulated information.
Not a fit if: your budget is under $25,000.
Hexcode (us)
A 15-person studio in Indore, founded in 2020, with US overlap until 1pm PT. We design SaaS web apps and dashboards in two-week sprints with a demo each Friday. One example is UserExperior, a mobile analytics platform whose session filters, sessions table and dashboard we rebuilt in 12 weeks. We don't publish a price and have no Clutch reviews yet. See our product design work
Good fit if: you want the dashboard, the marketing site and the brand from one team.
Not a fit if: you need a price and a Clutch rating before the first call, or a specialist in maps and heavy data visualization.
Lazarev
A San Francisco agency whose site publishes dashboard guides and case studies, including a trading terminal for Blockbeat and a task dashboard for Retasks. It sets a $100,000+ minimum on Clutch and a 5.0 rating from 19 reviews. It names Accern, Elva and Pika AI among its clients.
Good fit if: you're funded, in AI or crypto, and want a senior team on the product.
Not a fit if: you're pre-seed with a small design budget.
Onething Design
Publishes dashboard guides and case studies, including Prescinto, a renewable energy monitoring platform, and POSable, a retail analytics product with six user types. It lists Gurugram, Bengaluru and San Francisco. Its Clutch profile shows $25 to $49 an hour and a $10,000+ minimum, with a 4.9 rating from 32 reviews.
Good fit if: your dashboard has several user roles and you want a lower hourly rate than a US agency.
What should the first dashboard show?
Start with the one decision your user makes most often, then design the view around it. Compare what each studio would deliver, not only the price.
| Your situation | Design this first | Leave for later |
|---|---|---|
| Users ask for a CSV export | The three numbers they export for | Every chart your data can draw |
| Several roles use one product | A view for the role that pays | Custom layouts for each role |
| Raising the next round | A dashboard that matches your demo | A redesign of every table |
| Real-time or live data | One live view with a clear empty state | Customizable widgets |
Six questions to ask before you sign
- Which dashboards have you shipped, and can I see one with real data in it?
- How do you choose which charts to draw, and which to drop?
- Will you design empty, loading and error states?
- Do you hand over components my engineers can build from?
- Who tests the dashboard with my customers?
- What's not included, and what would it cost to add?
Questions
How much does dashboard design cost for a SaaS startup?
Two studios on this list publish a price: Eleken from $4,599 a month and Fuselab Creative from $25,000 for a project. Cieden and Onething set a $10,000+ minimum on Clutch, and Lazarev sets $100,000+.
Should I pay for a project or a monthly plan?
A project suits one defined dashboard, and a monthly plan suits a product that keeps changing. Eleken sells a monthly plan, and Fuselab Creative publishes a project price.
Do dashboard studios also build the dashboard?
Some do. Fuselab Creative lists dashboard development as a service, and Cieden says it supplies developer documentation. Ask each studio what it hands over.
Can a studio design for maps and heavy data?
Yes. Fuselab Creative says it works with Mapbox and Esri, and Eleken's site says it has designed more than a dozen geospatial products.
Can the same studio design my site and my dashboard?
Yes. We design both, and so do Cieden and Lazarev, per their sites.
Why isn't this list ranked?
Because we're on it. Ranking a list we compete in would tell you more about us than about the studios. So it's alphabetical, with the facts we could check.
